Don't sweat the details!!!
saikano ending Really wasn't expecting the end of the world. thought there would be some deus ex chise and things would be daijoubu. Probably just the anime I watch most of the time but it was interesting it was a more mature story and actually having sex being an important part of the story. I think I might have missed some important parts like why the armies are fighting each other to extinction, why chise wasn't on the offensive, what was causing the earthquakes, and what was causing the end of the world though (or maybe it was explained in the earlier episodes which i started months ago and just forgot).
Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru: Yuusha no Shou ending (s2) Glad to see everyone turning into tang, I mean sand. Was expecting a bit more suffering but because of the lower episode count they kept the story nice and cohesive. had the same kind of bs ending as s1 though
Yuru Camp is hella comfy. Dagashi s2 is more of the same which isn't bad, Citrus is actually a decent adaptation so far.
Tuturu .
"Would you please let me join your p-p-party?
Beatless - The episode didn't really make much sense, but the main female character is incredibly cute and the animation was also okay. I think we'll be getting Plastic Memories again, but this time with more fighting involved. Perhaps they'll explain stuff in the following episodes.
Sakura - Felt incredibly forced.
Citrus - Nice art, nice animation, nice execution. Nothing to complain about it yet, yuribait is always appreciated.
Death March - I thought about dropping this after the first few minutes or so just because it was painfully horrible. Animation quality is just terrible. I watched Violet Evergarden before and the shock was just too great. However, I didn't. And I'm glad that I didn't. Despite the shit animation, everything else was very good and the first episode was genuinely entertaining.
Grancrest Senki - Siluca should just stick to her black outfit ffs. Complete :towel: material. Her fighting scene was disappointing as fuck. Judging by how she speaks of herself and her attitude in general, I was expecting her to roflstomp everyone in the second episode. Instead she had to be essentially saved by the mc, which is supposed to be laughably weak.
Takagi-san - That's just Takagi-san. If you liked the manga you'll like the anime.
Koi wa Ameagari no You ni - Ok so... This one was very weird at first. But it actually was very cute in the end.
Overlord II - Can't Ainz just bone Albedo so she calms the fuck down? Woman is always so thirsty it's actually pitiful.
Antarctica - Well, I never expected this to be as good as it is. It isn't anything amazing but it's probably one of the best ones this season.
Violet Evergarden - Animation is simply tiers above everything else. The entire hype was about how gorgeous it would look like, and it sure as hell looks amazingly awesome. Kyoani deserves all the praise they received. First episode built up to a very cute ending too, getting 14 episodes of this will be porn to my eyes.
Finally saw Heaven's Feel I.
It was pretty good. They did change a few things around, but it was mostly the timing of the events rather than any of the content. It did feel sort of rushed though, namely where they condensed the Herk fight and the Medusa fight into the same night. That was chaotic and topping it off with the Kiritsugu reveal at the church was messy. The Kiritsugu scene itself was a not that great either, I knew what was going on but found it hard to follow just because of how they structured the dialogues with Kirei and Saber.
Still, it was good. They did well throwing in some funny scenes to balance out the rest of the edge. Kotomine was 10/10, it's going to be amazing to see him in action during the next two. Medusa kicking ass at the temple was also great. I can't help but feel the shadow looked kind of goofy though.
To be honest, after watching it, I'm beginning to think it actually is ideal to start with Zero, assuming you intend to stay anime-only. As long as you understand a. Zero isn't standalone so the ending isn't explained until later, and b. Stay Night isn't Zero 2.0, it's probably for the best. The final Heaven's Feel movie really will be the perfect conclusion to all things related to the Fuyuki Grail War, and having the knowledge from Zero will make it even more impactful, especially in regards to a few characters (Ilya, Kirei, and somewhat Saber). And I guess Sakura too.
Middle-school Sakura was cute.
You need to watch Darling in the FranXX: (its a bit NSFW)

TIL this exists and I want more of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELYiNJ1OjLU&app=desktop
M8 at least use the right screenshots.
What a fucking cutie.
Welp, it's official. Mitsuboshi Colors is the best show this season.
Gotta love kid-logic. They can use an enzyme found in natto to clean up standing water so lets just toss some natto in the local pond.
