Well I only watch a couple shows a season

I try to limit myself to things that interest me, and so far I've finished 6-8 shows each season. And that already is hard to keep up with, along with whatever older show I'm watching (side note: watched Neptunia, was ok, expected 100% silly fun with video game references, it kinda goes into different stuff). This season, I'm left with six I've stayed up to date on: My Hero Academia second cour, Kakuriyo second cour, Yama no Susume, How Not to Summon a Demon Lord, Harukana Receive, Chio-chan.

That said, I have eleven shows on my watchlist for next season. Fairy Tail, of course. Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara, witch in the future goes to the past (2018) to live her life. Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken, because I've found the only isekai shows I can get into are ones that don't take themselves seriously. Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai, which has kind of a vague plot synopsis. Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet, a Romeo and Juliet style romantic comedy (let's hope it doesn't end the same way). Yagate Kimi ni Naru, Bloom into You, super wholesome yuri. Ore ga Suki nano wa Imouto dakedo Imouto ja Nai, story seems similar to Eromanga Sensei. Conception: Ore no Kodomo wo Undekure!, as long as it's as silly as it sounds. Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san, CGDCT slice of life with a vampire. Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama, comedy that takes place in the demon world. Anima Yell!, Doga Kobo doing a school show about cheerleading. Merc Storia: Mukiryoku no Shounen to Bin no Naka no Shoujo, another show based off a game, story seems interesting enough.
