Looking for players in Hero League (Skilled players only)

It's common knowledge by now that Hero League's rank system is horrid and as a result highly skilled players are getting mixed with less then ideal teammates that is resulting in constant game loses. Solo Queuing is matchmaking roulette and a amazing player very seldom can make a difference since it's so team based.

Am looking for a 3-4 man team for Hero League too queue with this person must

- Have a winning attitude, plays too win, competitive spirit.
- Highly skilled and plays well
- Tired of being stuck on a team with idiots and poor players
