Because hero pricing is HotS is the same as LoL, so it's essentially "baseline". It's not any more expensive than its competition.

Lets just say that a lot of the comments in the IGN article have been deleted because they full frontal bash the writer of that article, going so far as to say what they would do to that 'kid' if he dropped the soap and they had an oak tree on hand.
