Good german voice actors are really good. Not good german voice actors tend to be pretty terrible. If you want some spoken text localised to german, it really pays off to go the extra mile for a proper translation and voice actor.

sorry but aside form disney animated movies germany doesnt have "good" voice actors. just watch one episode of ST TOS in german and in english and you see how its allways bad translated cause germans don't go british accents, french accents, texas accents or any accent at all.

It will expand on the WoW universe.
There will be more levelling, probably in new zones.
There will be a new raid, or 2.

Other than that:-
It will probably have new dungeons.
It will probably have a content patch some months into it's release.
It may have a new PvP Battleground.
It may have a new PvP Arena.
