That's a very good point, although... Let's be realistic. I have the stuff downloaded, I'm sure a lot of other people do as well. There's always a chance someone would repost it anyway, so taking it down could not necessarily have helped much - though I absolutely agree that I'd be reasonable to at least try.

If this "leak" turns out to be true, I can image Ruben becoming a new known figure in the WoW community
Exactly, the fact that as far as I can tell, the OP seemed completely unfazed by it kind of gives me a sketchy vibe.
That combined with the Matching Reference IDs requiring a half-assed and/or really old Database while verifying the date received and comparing it to a list of "business days" would require at least a somewhat modern (like 10-15 years or newer) and have it programmed at least at a competent level is an odd logical paradox.
There's also the 15 business day turnaround eating at me, since, as i said, that what put the TM going public on Aug. 10th, 5 days after Gamescon and 3 months before Blizzcon, which would entirely rule out a Gamescon Announcement (not that i expect one) and put it at as far as I know, the earliest TM ever before a Blizzcon announcement. I mean, weird things happen, but this is fishy.

Council of Glades sounds more like another add-on for Hearthstone.
How can they build the WoW add-on around Tirisfal Glades and Tirisfal Council? All quest line devoted to few archmages and Med'an? How can they add new class or new races? Who will be the villains? I can't see Azshara here or full BL invasion. It will be 1-2 raid tiers add-on again.
Worst nightmare - add-on built around three characters - Med'an, Anduin and Wrathion. Just imagine. Delicious.

Hmm, well if they don't like to do it, it stands to reason they're probably not going to delay it three months for Blizzcon, so I think that leaves us back at "If we don't hear something by end of Friday's Business hours NZ time (So late Thurs night/Early Friday morning for most of NA?), this is probably a hoax.
