Based on footage from ComicCon, he is bigger than he looks from the shop photo.

There are lots of Murky plushes! There's a whole range of colours. On the store right now is white, purple, pink and blue. Plus a cute Mur'ghoul. No Heroes skin but, I mean, it's a stuffed murloc!

Yeah, $40 is about $10-15 higher than I expected it to be priced.

I definitely wouldn't buy it if all you cared about was the skin, but the stuffed guy is pretty adorable.

Personally I don't like Stitches and I'm not a fan of fake and stuffed "guts" on a toy. And bikini stitches is vile. But hey, knock yourselves out.
