    If you are short on time you can find exercises to do at home with minimal equipment. Pushups, pull ups, squats, etc. dumbbells are not insanely expensive either.

    use proper form, run like a lion, and you can build muscle. feel the air along your outline. flow like water. relax into the mechanics.

    The short on time thing is bollocks.

    Get up at 6am. Do your workout. Eat a healthy breakfast. By 8 am, you're wide awake and ready to attack the day ahead of you.

    Yep, I get up at 4:30, go to the gym, workout, come home, shower, eat, play some wow or D3, and I'm at work by 8
