    - Buttered and toasted Kaiser Roll
    - Raw red onion
    - Vermont white cheddar
    - Garlic & herb mayonnaise (lightly)
    - Betterboy tomato sliced thin
    - Kobe beef w/ sea salt & pepper
    - Stone ground mustard (lightly)

Flame grilled, medium rare. Layers should be from bottom up; mustard, onion, beef patty, cheddar, tomato, mayo.

I don't like lettuce very much.

    “The Sacrilege”
the violation or profanation of anything sacred or held sacred

    Needed items:
    Kosher sirloin patties
Vegan patties (black bean, or potato based are the two best ones.)
Quality cheese (extra sharp cheddar is my favorite)
    Quality bacon (applewood is best)
Favorite hamburger bun (I use a grilled rye bread)

    Per burger instructions:

In a deep frying pan cook 6 slices of bacon cut in half cook until nice and crispy, the pan should be nice and full of bacon oil.

Take out bacon; these are set aside for later.
Now take a patty of beef and a patty of veggie, place them carefully in the very hot bacon oils, add more bacon if needed.

After the juices start to bubble out of the top of the beef patty flip them both until desired temperature is reached. (160 °F is the recommend safe temperature. )

After you flip the patties, place the bacon on the patties, then place the cheese so it covers the bacon, cover the grilling surface, so the heat stays with the patties, do this until the cheese is partially melted.

then stack the patties, either order works. Place them on the bread which should already be dressed with a light coating of ketchup.

Serve with Popcorn Shrimp and a Mexican Coke.

And enjoy the fact this burger will offend many people, and it will taste good enough for the job.

no actually i don't because it's all processed garbage. it's so bad the other processed foods in the grocery aisles look down upon it.
how anyone thinks mcdonalds even tastes good is baffling to me.

The previous incarnation was conquered about 6 years ago and named after the guy who did it, Furious Pete. The new challenge is 6 lbs. of beef, 24 slices of cheese and 24 strips of Bacon plus a pickle, 5 lbs. of fries and a drink. All the fries and all of the burger must be consumed for victory to be declared =D
