How colour blind are you? Take the Farnsworth test

I know I'm not colorblind, but I do have ADD, and can't be bothered to take that test

This is why I ended up with 16 instead of something lower. The way the test is done is very tedious and past a point it was annoying me and I couldn't be bothered.

As expected. Good, but not perfect.

Noone is going to get perfect on a normal monitor. You'd have to be using a special monitor that can display more bits per color than consumer monitors do, special software to display it better, and have the monitor professionally calibrated. Even then, the way even expensive high bit per color monitors display color is still more or less an illusion, made up of varying RGB values of lots of little dots. You'd never get a perfect test with a monitor.

I got a 76, and I'm not colorblind at all. I just rearranged the colors :P didn't pay much attention to the slight variations in shade because I'm lazy.

Not to be rude, but that's the point of the test, to rearrange the colors. You didn't notice the slight variations because you're partially color blind.
