Hide Macro name box

Hi everyone,

First time posting here. Does anyone know if it's possible to hide the macro name box? so it doesn't pop up while you hover over your macro. I tried using bartender 4 but it seems there's no option to hide it. Also tried just putting spaces so it doesn't show any name but box still shows up, is there a option to hide npc information that pops up in the bottom right corner aswell? any help and advice will be grateful

Can you check if your macro has "#showtooltip" on it?

If you want to remove the box with NPC Information, I'd say to try "MoveAnything" addon and see if you can disable it.

Having #show or #showtooltip in the macro will affect the tooltip. Without it, the default tooltip text is the name of the macro.

It seems the OP wants to hide tooltips completely, as they mention NPC tooltips too.
So the solution posted by Vegas82 should offer an on-demand toggle for their display, as long as the OP isn't asking for specific filtering.
