You can play that at Lord of the Rings Online. It's free-to-play. And makes lots of fun, at least the times, you recognize the places from the book/movie.

I feel like if anyone said the stuff said in this gif in WoW, people would just complain on the forums about how toxic the community is and say your party members are too mean.

So realistically this wouldn't be perceived as funny if it happened to most thin-skinned people.
