Food in arena

Is there no regular food that works in arena? I know you can buy Gorgrond mineral water to drink, but I play a melee and need some regular food to eat now and then. Am I forced to play with only mages?

If you dont have anything else, you can use Ba'ruun's Bountiful Bloom. Its not as effective as mage food and has a 5 min cooldown, but not consumed when you use it. I have used it in arenas from time to time. You can get it from a rare mob in Shadowmoon Valley

Thats one of many advantages mages have in this game. Just deal with it and either play RMD and Shatter or just swallow it!
