Vigilantism is warranted. The black person (whatever he may done) most likely wouldn't spend more than a day in jail. The police, more than any of us, must be sicking tired of all the judicial system's flaws. In such times, beating some sense into those thick, daft heads is more useful than letting them rest and eat for a day.
Pay attention, I'm not saying it is morally correct or that he deserved it. I'm just saying it is more effective and that he MAY have deserved it, and we can't judge without the full story.
(o_o) you can heard the nightstick hits connect, this is horrible, my god!! I know those officers are going to prison after that!!
Not if historical precedence has anything to say about it.
From my own personal experience with Cops, AS SOON as you have the perp tackled and on the ground the first ask is to put cuffs on and escorted to the cop car or to an otherwise safe location. Beating on the perp without even as much as a single chance to comply after being tackled should be means for dismissal if not criminal charges.
Now, I'm a White male, can you guess which happened with me?

Well, that looks fucked. Cant side with the coppers on this one.
READ and be less Ignorant.
Recently 2 cop threads where white people were the victim got closed because we don't need a thread for every time a cop does something wrong. Please let this one get closed too.
Dude, wtf are you talking about?
He clearly stopped and put his hands up before the officer knocked him down. The knockdown was excusable because the officer can say he didn't have time to judge or react or even really see the man's hands in the air. Afterwards they proceed to beat the shit out of the guy while the guy is clearly flat on the ground taking the ass whooping. When the guy does start to rise its due to the bodies nature instinct to squirm and try to get fuck out of the way after repeatedly receiving blunt trauma. The main was clearly trying to shield himself after taking a bunch of unnecessary blows, probably thought they were going to kill him at that point.
You know what, who batons now anyway when there are tasers? The officers claimed that "they suspected the man was on drugs" (boiler plate excuse to cover your ass) but no trained officer is going to try to go hands on with someone with drugs like that.

He lead the cops on a 38 minute police chase, and even at one point rammed a police car (prior to the chase ending). This video is what happened after the chase ended and he ran from his car.
Still doesn't warrant this sort of brutality.
