With the talent changes which ability is better for 1h frost now? Previously defile was the go to talent but with nps boost it appears to be pulling ahead in single target fights.

Defile if the boss will stay in it for all or most of its duration. If not NP is ok but if it drops off the target at any point it's most likely a dps loss.

Defile on every single boss but Gorefiend, only if you do the soul duty.

(From a farm PoV, you might want to run NP on a few other bosses if progress)
