How is Mojang still in business?

This is ridiculous. One moment I can log into Minecraft and the next I can't. Me and two friends are trying to play together and none of our account details work. This is ludicrous.

Because having a few people affected by issues doesn't stop the massive amount of sales they already made.

Also they were bought by Microsoft too, so that kinda helps.

Because the services going offline for certain or many people doesn't affect their profitability. All companies have networking or other issues with games from time to time and Mojang isn't exclusive to this.

It's been happening all week. Both Minecraft AND Mojang are down now.

I thought Mojang completely sold off Minecraft to Microsoft?

    Mojang didn't sell Minecraft...
Notch sold the entire company. Microsoft owns all of Mojang, not just Minecraft.
There is a thin line between not knowing and not caring, and I like to think that I walk that line every day.

Been playing minecraft for years now. I've had more issues connecting to battle.net than Mojang.

    No, he means Mojang.

Microsoft is the parent company, Mojang is still a seperate company just owned by Microsoft.

If Mojang goes under, Microsoft keeps going. If Microsoft goes under Mojang gets dragged down with it.
