    New Build For Black Friday

Hello I am looking to make a cheap yet reliable computer for my girlfriends son. He mostly plays minecraft but I'd like it to be able to run Fallout 4. I have no idea on how to select computer parts nor do I know how to build it but I figure I can learn how to build it relatively fast. I'd like to buy the parts on black Friday to get the biggest bang for her buck and then he'll have the computer for Christmas. Thank you again for your suggestions I very much appreciate it.

    Budget: 600
    Resolution: Suggestions?
Games: Minecraft but I'd like it to be able to run Fallout 4.
    Country: United States
OS: Needed but if anything I can buy that separately.
Peripherals: Has a temporary keyboard and a good mouse but I'll buy him the keyboard and monitor separately.

If there is anywhere you save from the above well its only if you go down to an i3 6100 cpu or less powerful gpu but thats mid tier already, would never recommend it.

If you need some cheap decent solutions for monitor/keyboard i would look into those:

edit: You can save a few back by get this ram kit G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4gb but if you/he decides to get an aftermarket cpu cooler might have clearance issues unless you go with a slim one. A good option nonetheless.
