Does Legacy of the Void let you get Artanis, because I just bought the game and put it on my account.
Anyone clarify my confusion please?

Yes, if you have LotV, you get Artanis in Heroes

Yes, buying LOTV gives you access to Artanis if you havn't purchased him before.

Yea regular LotV gives you Artanis, Digital Deluxe / CE gives you the mount extra.
