Cooler Master Nepton 280L - Jet Engine

So I had a rattling coming from my NZXT Kraken and I replaced it with a Cooler Master Nepton 280L. While my CPU temps are in the 20s, the cooler sounds like a jet engine and it's about to take off.

Checking the fan speed, the CPU fan which the pump is connected to is running at over 7000 RPM. Is all of this normal, including the noise? If not, how do I bring it down to a reasonable level?

Is it the pump noise? Or fan noise? In both cases you should be able to tune down the RPM and even make the speed dependant on CPU temp.

It's the pump RPM not the fans. And 7000 RPM is not unheard of from a small pump.

Figured it out thanks all. I moved some fans around also and the new fan placements did not have a fan profile assigned in the BIOS. The 7000 rpm pump is normal for the nepton. Once I set the fan profiles my wife is no longer getting migraines from the noise
