I'll tell you what, I'm rather enjoying Pokemon TCG Online. A nice way to play the game, don't have to spend money on it, and they have a game mode where you can play with theme decks so you go up against people on even footing.

I don't think that would be an if as if they existed they would most likely be on top of the food chain. Heck, we're not even on top in terms of 1v1 combat.
