I'd say start Souleater. The anime doesn't have too many episodes, but about 2/3s through it jumps off the animes story and the ending isn't all that great, but then again the manga's ending isn't very good either. The animation on it is nice and the environment is nice and a little Nightmare Before Christmas-y. Originally Posted by Pendulous

Huh. First episode of Soul Eater seemed incredibly familiar. Also, when I saw that Brittney Karbowski was voicing a character called Black Star, I wasn't expecting a male. She doesn't have a "I can voice a male" female voice.

Blackstar's dubbed voice is probably the worst thing about the dub. Sounds far too much like a girl. They really needed someone like Naruto's or Luffy's VA. Originally Posted by Pendulous

Rest of the cast is solid though (not say Karbowski isn't, she's great, just not as a young boy). Soul Eater Evans is Touma from the Raildex franchise. Death the Kid is Todd Haberkorn, a.k.a. Natsu Dragneel. Maka is Laura Bailey, a.k.a. Kid Trunks and Nodoka-chan. Tsubaki is Monica Rial from damn near everything. Originally Posted by Dontrike
