    New Idea for Fury Mastery In Legion.

    This is to rid the RNG of the current enrage mechanics. You should not be rewarded with a playable class for 5 seconds just for a blood thirst crit.

    New Mastery: Berserking
    -Upon spending 25 rage you gain Berserking increasing damage by 20%(Scales with Mastery) and attack speed by 100%(scales with Mastery) for 1 second. Each second you gain after is added as a stack to its duration. Max duration 20 seconds (20 stacks)

    New Abilities/Changes

    Bloodthirst CD. 6 Seconds
    -Deals 200% wep dmg
    -Generates 10 rage and 2 stacks of Berserking
    -Restores 5% hp

    Good for procing our mastery still, no longer needs the cheesy crit mechanics around it.

    Heroic Strike 15 rage
    -Replaces Furious Slash
    -Deals 150% wep dmg
    -*Off GCD*

    Good as an extra rage dump for high mastery or when abilities that generate to much rage proc such as rampage crits with Odyn's champion.

    Rampage 50 Rage baseline

    The 90 rage cost would rage cap us alot and forces carnage on us.

    Berserker Rage 1 min cooldown
    -On top of its current effect, it now prevents the loss of Beserking for 6 seconds.

    This can be used right after a bloodthrist or when moving to a new target to maintain the buff.

    Tier 15 It's a Tier I currently agree with.

    Tier 30 This tier deals with movement, or lack of.

    Relentless For Every Stack of Berserking Gain 5% movespeed

    Fearless Combines Doubletime and Bounding Stride talents.

    Faceless Champion For Every Stack of Berserking gain 1.5% Damage reduction While standing Still.
    -This buff persists 1 second after moving.

    Tier 45 Deals with Rage managment

    Endless Rage Unchanged
    -this will scale with mastery due to attackspeed increasing

    Overpower Damage Unchanged but now generates 10 rage instead of consuming it.

    Unquenchable Thirst Bloodthirst generated 10 more rage and 2 more stacks of Berserking. Cooldown is reduced by 1 second for every 15% hp missing.

    Tier 60 deals with hp mechanics

    Second Wind Unchanged

    Death Wish 2 min cool down, Replaces Enraged Regeneration
    -Increases damage taken by 30%
    -Doubles the effect of Beserking for 8 seconds.

    Imposing Roar Unchanged

    Tier 75 deals with situation damage increases

    Avatar

    Frenzy Now procs off of Heroic Strike

    Bladestorm
    Also generates 1 stack of beserking per target hit.

    Tier 90 picks between damage consistencies of different fight focuses.

    Burning Veteran Heroic Strike now Attacks with both weapons for 2*175% wep damage

    Outburst
    -Upon reaching 20 Stacks of Beserking you let out a war cry that staggers enemies within 30 yards increasing damage they take by 10% for 10 seconds.
    -Resets stacks of beserking back to 0.

    Massacre Unchanged

    Tier 100 Last tier is just pure damage increase methods.

    Carnage Adds 2 additional strikes to Rampage

    Reckless Abandon last 5 seconds.
    -Lowers cool down of battle cry by 50%
    -Generates 100 rage
    -All excess critical strike rating is added to Mastery AND Haste.

    Dragon roar 30 sec cd
    -Roar explosively, dealing (165% of Attack power) damage to all enemies within 8 yards and increasing your damage done by 20% for 6 sec. Damage ignores all armor and always critically strikes.
    -Auto attack crits extend the duration of the buff by 1 second.
