Woman is getting sued for winning a duel in WoW

Under the current EULA it is an unsupported action at best. The woman who is suing will find it difficult to win. She essentially lost status after a sporting event that showed her to be a fraud. If they pay her it sets a dangerous precedent.

If the story is even real then this would still be the only answer. Even if some rinky dinky province court would acknowledge her claim, every higher instance would topple the thing immediately. Otherwise every sport loss would lead to someone suing for damages.
