Normally you have to choose before downloading the ISO, but this could be avoided by MS.

The new windows 10 iso from the media creation tool includes home and pro, and you just have to select the one you're licensed for since it will register the license whenever you log in with your microsoft account.

It might be a bit late for this, but the WpSystem file is windows related and doesn't hurt anything, same with Windows Apps. I'm not sure what that temp folder is for specifically, best bet would be to look inside and see if you can get clues that way. The random folder could be bad, but it could also be nothing. It looks like it was modified a while back, so its probably nothing, but you might want to poke around in it and see if you can figure out what made it.
