New laptop, annoying little problem

Hey all,

some **** walked in my house and stole some items including my laptop, luckily Mrs had insurance and they sent me a Asus ROG GL752VW which is a lot better then what I had.

Intel Core i7
16GB RAM,
1TB HDD + 128GB SSD
GeF 960m

So far only installed wow and D3 which is on the 1TB drive

Everything is default (On good settings), I only have the addons Elvui and S&L. When playing im getting 99fps, drops to 88 in busy area whilst doing dailies. But the annoying thing is I get like a pause, mostly when looting mobs. There's a split second pause which I've never had before, sometimes also when trying to use a skill I have to click twice. FPS metre doesn't drop to 1fps or anything it still shows 88-99.

I have updated the driver and uninstalled GeForce Experience

First of all, enable vertical sync. to reduce unnecessary drain (locks the FPS to 60). Did you perform a clean installation for the game and the UI?

Did you try what the guy at the end recommends? Unfortunately it's not a very specific issue.

Its brand new so its all a fresh download. Will try the tips above thanks
