Just heard a radio news report that El Chapo wants to be extradited to the US so he can go to a US prison. The reason is because he can't get any sleep in the Mexican prison he is currently residing in. Apparently the Mexican guards and moving him to a different cell every four hours or so.
I think he should stay in Mexico.
