[Legion] Holy Priest PvP discussion

At long last brothers and sisters, Holy is finally for the first time in WoW's history looking at significant PvP utility and survivability. We've always, ALWAYS, have been a 2 spec class on the PvP stage not simply because Discipline was better in all aspects of throughput, survivability and utility but also because somewhere down the line Blizzard simply stopped attempting to balance the only class with 2 healing specs and focused on making a single spec the premier PvPer. In fact, iirc in the days of Wrath Disc and Holy had separate designs with the intent and purpose of one being PvP, the other PvE.

Now, the two specs are finally standing toe to toe in the battlefield each bringing separate but unique abilities to their kits, some major changes for Holy priests:

- A new single-target 5 second stun a la Hammer of Justice
- Binding Heal as a holy-only ability, a staple to disc arena 2's back in Cata and MoP
- Many spells offering massive throughput to single-target like Apotheosis and Divinity
- PvP utility includes Shining Force, Holy Ward, Guardian Spirit and Focused Will

Looking now at the PvP talents themselves, various instant-casts, CC reductions unique to the spec (not just the ones shared among all healers) and direct % increases to HoTs. It's beginning to look like Christmas for Holy.
