I wouldn't have thought so. Potential for longer AR uptimes if pooling properly plus a few more bites (or mains with leggos) should be somewhat of a dps buff even if minor

    Hi,
Elisande is a fight where our Rip/rake uptime sux but you still need to improve on Rip.
your opener looks weird to me. i am not sure if the opener i saw in warcraftlogs was the one you did, but if yes check out some other guys opener or try to improve it while practing on target dummy

especially the rip uptime will improve your damage. + opener

I know about the opener.. Well this save I tried my luck changing Luffas for Chatoring and it was shock to have only 100 energy again.. And that's where my struggle with opener comes from, but anyway I don't really know, when should I use my cds.. Like to go full rip with zerg on slow add and then just cleave everything with swiping, or if I should switch thermal and make rake rip if the slow add is still alive and then Elisande?

  5. #1305
Don't save your cooldowns for the slow add, just chuck a rake or clearcast thrash / swipe etc on it. You need zerk and tf to get your core rotation up and running otherwise the timers end up pretty fucked.

I was looking through feral posts and was wondering if there was a 7.1.5 weakauras. Most of the ones I've found were at 7.0. Thanks for any help.

Give the above link a try, date says 2014 but it's been updated quite a bit, also a few members posted their own.

    Hey all,

I need help with my feral in Elisande HC. This is the only boss that's giving me problems. It's frustrating.
Can't post armory link since it won't let me cause it's my first post. So if you want to find my armory, I'm in Darkspear, char name Jedibleeder.
My armory has the gear and talents set as I was running in Elisande yesterday.

My RIP keeps falling off due to (mainly) Arcanetic ring which forces me stay off the boss to , you know, not die. I use displacer beast to skip one but since the 2nd follows right after, I'm forced to execute it. then the boss teleports far away usually and by the time I get to her, my RIP has fallen off, my rake pretty much as well and the Savage Roar is about to also.

And since there are a new set of adds and I have to get my SR up, I'm loosing dps like a noob (hmmm....perhaps....I am one). So, the million dollar question: should I be switching Jagged with Sabertooth? It sounds good in theory, cause I could keep bleeds longer on boss and gain time to build 5CPs for adds.
    Your thoughts please.

Hi, am i right that your guild didnt kill elisande yet? Because i couldnt find logs which would have made it easier to help a, bit.

80%+ rip and rake uptimes at, elisande is what you should aim for to get started.
Stick to jagged, its superior. You gotts get used to the fight than you are fine.
Try to pool 5 cps at the end of the phases so you can hardcast regrowt, then use SR, and pool some energy wheb she is about to respawn.you start with empowered spells + instant regrowth rdy to use. That way you can focus on rake her and an add. Focus on one target mostly depending on your guilds add dps stick on eli and just rake the add.

Get used to the rings when she ports away you can sprint to her refresh bleeds and make it back to the slow bubble to dodge stuff. Your blink is an easy ring escape as well. And since you dont get dmg at the ring phases i except from the rings i even sometimes let them.hit me with one survival.instinct up. What doesnt kill you makes you strobnger.

Its a fight a feral needs to get used to and needs to take risks imo

My guild is not a hardcore guild. They only do Normal Nighthold, so I have to raid HC in pugs.
I can try to use the legendary ring (the one that gives more 100 energy) to try and help with getting to 5cp faster.
So you're saying it's not worth to apply RIP to adds and only keep it on Elisande?
And what about the first tier talent. Would you go with predator to try and keep TF available more often or Blood Scent to help with cp generation?

On hc you can stay on boss and still avoid rings, you don't need to be directly next to the blue orb to be in its "shadow" and have a hole to move through ++ you can run displacer and blink over it in the case, as for adds, basically just rake them most of the time unless good clearcasting proccs etc line up.

Also just gonna hijack this, had a couple nerds asking why I stopped with the log reviews / fixmyferal thread, tldr: new job busybusy etc.

I think you're somehow imagining that you won't get more ticks in that increased duration, which you will.
You will basically get around 4 ticks more for the same energy/CP usage which is a clear buff.
Among the other good things about this is that your AB uptime will go up. Furthermore will the combined set bonuses make you far stronger in cleave situations since you now will have energy to maintain more than 1½ rip (without gloves)
Everyone has so much to say

Get used to it, watching them attempt to balance us is akin to watching people throw darts at a board, hoping they hit the right option.

I've been convinced for some time that they have no clue about anything relating to feral, nor how to balance us. The spoken of 4% further proves they are just throwing out any attempt at a band-aid fix. The sad part is they have the option to talk to theory crafters who play feral, but either choose not to or don't want to. They appear to be still in the mindset of thinking they can tell us what we want as players.

Good changes for feral, but i need say, why we have in all our top leggies haste? its absolutly usless stat for feral, why blizzard ignoring this fact. Many classes have bis stats for their leggies. I think Blizzard must to consider more detally this

  16. #1316
I think its just ment to be a bandaid fix, no other class is getting huge changes. IMO 7.2 is just the content patch, the raid wont even be out for a couple months. I recon we will see another patch before the raid opens that will have balance changes.

Good change? There is zero change and its a 4% buff to yellow damage, none for white. About 3.8% increase overall leads to very little difference for us.

Exactly. We're still at "Keep SR, Rip and Rake up, build CPs as fast as possible - don't touch FB".

  19. #1319
~4% is a lot when people were already dealing with ~800k not to mention we have one of the strongest sets in ToS, and all of our bis traits on relics also available in ToS, putting us in a really good position

Honestly though, if feral were to have its game play overhauled its probably enough work that it needs to be done between expansions, hence the bandaids.

Maimers / Cinidara are two of our best right now and have crit mastery, gloves are pretty bad this tier, though pouncers are pretty good.

Why isnt there a Trait in the Feral Artifact that gives increased duration to Savage Roar? Instead of one of the other useless ones. Even a 1second increase pr trait wouldnt be a major change ?
