RM is an old guild, formed on tich shortly after release. Many players from that time still play, though as life moves on not all raid. RM has always been about the principle of friends raiding with friends, and as such atmosphere and community are a key part of what makes the guild what it is.
Along with being a fun and active community, we are also a serious raiding guild that progresses at a reasonable rate on a limited schedule, and expect our raiders to be motivated and determined to excel. Raiders are expected to understand all aspects of their class, including best enchants, gear, rotations, and which talents to change for which fights. Raiders are also expected to have an apt knowledge of encounters before attempting them. We understand that when learning a fight mistakes are common, but repeated and careless/stupid mistakes hamper progression and wont be tolerated long.
We are looking to add to our core roster so If you want a fun, yet serious atmosphere, then we would like to hear from you.
