Hey guys is there a support that I can rush zz rot and banner of command on? Ive acually never used those items and wanna try them out.

I immagine a tank support like Nautilus could do it.

It's kind of counter intuitive on supports as both those items make it harder for your ADC to farm. If you were to do it, I'd say do it on a champion that can assist minions as well with heals, shields, and even cc.

I'd say the item exclusively works in top lane, because of its split push power in an isolated area.

any of the tankier support that don't require much health do do there job (as your health pool will be lacking despite having lots of stats from both those items) Taric comes to mind (althought his rwork is pending so who knows after that)
But as above said rushing those items makes it harder on your ADC unless you guys are going all out aggressive and trying hard push lanes.
