Faction specific quests transmogs

Hello, i have a question, that for my future transmog plans, is really important...

If there's an item that is only the reward of an Alliance/Horde quest, will it be added in the wardrobe for all my character (Regardless of faction) if i already did that quest

Example: If i get in an alliance hunter the Stormwind Guard Leggings, will it be added in Legion to my Horde Hunter Wardrobe?

I believe it will, but I've seen no confirmation.

Account-wide stuff has been cross-faction so far, I don't see why this wouldn't be, and I don't think items are flagged Horde or Alliance only, even if the quests they come from are.

That's what i think and hope, cause there are a couple of items that i want on my hunter that i can only get on the alliance
