[Legion] 2nd artifact

So, i'm enjoying the shit out of the beta. Could barely stop levling to go to work. Holy is just absolutely amazing.
After I hit 110, i wanted to see how disc numbers were etc, but when i changed specc, i got a quest, accepted it, and it just disappeared. How to I proceed? What happend? Anyone had the same thing?

Switch spec to whatever artifact you want to pursue and make sure all your followers are not on missions.

I, too, had this happen. Quest said completed for 2nd spec, then nothing. No loot, no weapon, no new quests - anywhere. Are you sure, Kaesebrezen, that having no followers on missions will allow a new quest to pop up??
