    Route 66

I feel like the last part of Route 66 is just stacked too heavily towards the defending team.

I'm not sure how it is in coordinated play, but in PuGs if the defenders set up a decent perimeter (and of course a bastion just for icing on the cake) escorting the payload all the way to down the long corridor can be damn near impossible, especially with the extremely close proximity of the defender's spawn.

All of the maps are heavily stacked towards the end, but I still find it easier to attack than it is to defend, which was quite the opposite when I began playing the game as i'd always lose on attack and win on defense

After dozens of levels, people will start using their ult at the end of the game which makes it far easier to finish the game

Save ultimates, try and flank. If you get a couple picks when flanking it should pretty much be over.

Game is designed to give advantage to defenders and offense on certain points, but defenders always get the advantage on the last point. It's just harder to defend in general if both teams are coordinated because there are normally 2-3 different ways you can go. Despite the run back it's very easy to push defenders from getting back as the spawn point is normally a very small door.

Sitting back isn't always the best option either as a defender. As long as the payload for example isn't too close on the last point playing up as offense (at least forcing the choke is normally the best option). For example if on route 66 on the last point, it's normally best to play right around the entrance of the door (or top of that hill) if you're defending).
