    Bring on calenderman!
The other side of that is that all the actors in the movie get a chance to be Clayface too.

Like Chris Evans playing Loki playing Captain America

And what exactly gives you the impression there will be CGI characters in matt reeves take on the batman. He's going with the detective noir angle and got Rob Pattinson a top indie actor as lead.

Everything about the tone suggests it will be more like Chris nolans batman where it was more based on reality than the fantastical

Yeah but batman is a bit smarter than your average hero. It has to be perfect mimickery or he can call it instantly so its harder to have fun with it. Also fun fact Tom hiddleston went for the role of thor not loki.

As if my expectations weren't low enough on this Batman movie..
Interesting. I had heard a report Kevin Feige wanted him as The Thing.

Movie Batman has never been anywhere near as intelligent as comic book Batman. He's had other people do his thinking for him. And, depending on the version of Clayface they use...he could be an actor.

Also, Batman isn't the only character that Clayface would have opportunity to mess with. He could just as easily BE Batman for Commissioner Gordon. Or be Commissioner Gordon and order a Special Task Force dedicated to taking Batman down. Or pose as Bruce Wayne and get up to all kinds of things in Wayne Enterprises. Nearly endless ways for writers to utilize a villain with Clayface's capabilities.

The fun of it would be Clayface starting to sweat and melt when someone with an inkling of suspicion starts pressing him. He's been known to have a short temper and lose his shit, that's usually his downfall otherwise he'd be nearly unstoppable. His shape shifting is limited by his vulnerable psyche and ego.

Yeah movies have ignored his detective skills in the past but that sounds corrected with this one where his detective skills will actually be in focus.

Clayface as gordan leading the police against batman has something there. I dunno if they would sacifice gordan for that bait and switch though when batman already has so few friends to talk too but yeah I could see that work if they did a film like the video games where its one night of hell for bats

Also Clayface doesn't know who batman is. Would be weird if he found out. Only Hugo strange is able to work it out

They don't have to "sacrifice" Gordon to do that. Could just be a plot point in the movie. Clayface abducts Gordon because of his relationship with Batman. Poses as him in order to hurt that relationship.

I didn't say Clayface knew who Batman was. I said he could get up to some shit at Wayne Enterprises posing as Bruce Wayne.

I didn't want to be reminded of that Catwoman.
I mean, Halle Berry sure. But everything else was a dumpster fire.

Is there a better picture of her than in that article?

To be fair I thought Anne Hathaway would be terrible and she was great.

Got to be honest, having a hard time finding a better picture.

When I saw Hathaway in the catsuit...I thought she looked great.
Add the fact that Nolan was still in control, I thought it was reasonable to have good expectations for the follow up to the prior movie.

She was in X-men first class as the girl with butterfly wings. She looked good in that movie so it must just be they took the worst pic they could for the article

If Avatar 2 flops (opens 12/17/21) it might do decent business. Otherwise wtf were they thinking !

I'd watch Black Adam with The Rock over Avatar 2.
