    Overwatch, no license found, would you like to purchase? ....WTF

    SO I was playing this morning about 10 hours ago (lvl 167). Just tried to log in and I get that Message, "No license found, would you like to purchase"

    Um, wtf. Is this a bug? I have not received any emails from Blizzard, I don't cheat so I not in fear of being banned, what gives? Is this a known bug? Anyone else experience this?

    Very strange. Have you tried contacting Blizzard Support?

    Yes submitted a ticket, I can even see in my account settings all the transactions, I have purchased, i.e loot boxes

    I thought the same thing, but for what? I know 100% I don't cheat, nor did I receive an email. From what I understand from getting banned, they notify you and give you the reason.

    It's most likely a bug. Just wait for the answer from customer support.

    Have you only recently purchased it? If so, maybe the bank has derped out and gone "wait, nope, auto-refund it's probably fraud".

    Region doesn't matter. You can play on any region with all your stuff intact

    Good point, must have skimmed over that somehow. Likely a bug with BN or a ban then.

    @Barefoot What "product level" does it show the game on your battle net account page, i.e. (for EU) https://eu.battle.net/account/manage...dashboard.html? I would assume it wouldn't show Standard or Origins/collectors (whichever it is) if it's not there.

    Also have you tried re-installing battlenet and/or Overwatch if it is still on your battlenet?

    No, it would say you are banned for sure. I'm currently level 820, 3789 SR.
    I have many hours, and I've never heard until now that someone has been banned by an upset Blizzard employee..
    That would just simply not happen, if it did, support will help you, they can check your total reports, etc, and know if you've been doing anything undesirable.
