Resto offspec - feral or balance?

Hi guys,

I spent WoD as a disc priest and am now returning back tô druid land as a healer. What offspec is dealing more dps for questing/farming/soloing things? Melee or Ranged is fine with me.

I'm going to main balance in Legion, but definitely leveling as feral due to balance survival being abysmal if you accidentally pull more than 2 mobs (which happens all the time when things respawn on top of you).

i would never lvl as balance, feral is the way to go if u know how to handle it
