Well, classified information is what this case is concerned with. If Clinton's e-mail hadn't had classified intelligence in it, there would have been no grounds whatsoever to take issue with her handing a copy of her records to her lawyer, or getting her maid print some off. Those would have been totally fine. It's only the presence of that classified information that raises a possible red flag, and it's only a valid red flag if Clinton was aware of its presence and acted despite knowing that, and there's no evidence that this was the case.

I was never big on being exposed to their stupidity before this election cycle, after seeing some of the bullshit they've posted on social media I don't need to talk to them ever again. This is incorrect. The African American vote was down. Its now slightly above 2012 rates. In 2012 539K African Americans had early in person voted this year its 564K (with part of today the last day for early voting still to go).

Somehow in their minds it makes them a better American to post a pic of themselves pressing a button on Instagram.

Given that the letter specifically said that it was not clear whether the information would have any relation to the case, no, it wouldn't change my opinion a bit.

It shouldn't but it was spun quite badly by the GOP and that was my problem with the first letter, more than anything else. It was very ambiguous.
