I had to move home for a short time and my dad tore my voting card to shreds for being a Hillary supporter so know your pain. Can't participate in the election now.

FBI Completes Review of Newly Revealed Hillary Clinton Emails, Finds No Evidence of Criminality

Not surprising, but good to see that the FBI worked quickly to resolve any questions about it before the election.

Evidence of prosecutorial discretion? It happens all the time. I don't see the disconnect here.

Are the FBI not "legal experts"?

The semantic contortions you're subjecting yourself to in and effort to twist what the word "or" means is pathetic.
No contortions. Just basic English grammar. You're trying to argue that a law does not say explicitly what it actually says.

And again, the Espioinage Act isn't necessarily concerned with classified information. I've told you that previously.
Well, classified information is what this case is concerned with. If Clinton's e-mail hadn't had classified intelligence in it, there would have been no grounds whatsoever to take issue with her handing a copy of her records to her lawyer, or getting her maid print some off. Those would have been totally fine. It's only the presence of that classified information that raises a possible red flag, and it's only a valid red flag if Clinton was aware of its presence and acted despite knowing that, and there's no evidence that this was the case.

Fuck off with your insults. We're talking about the Espionage Act. That's doesn't pertain to classified information, only information relating to national defense. Read the fucking thread next time before you embarass yourself.

    That part isn't actually true.

They found all sorts of evidence of criminality.

They just decided not to seek charges.

    Two very different things.

Show me that they're talking about the issue that we're discussing.

I've showed you that the law is written clearly, and what it says.

We've been debating the exact wording of the Espionage Act. Now you're saying that's not what this case is concerned with?

The latest FBI ruling makes it clear the election is rigged in Clintons favor, if she wins the election is invalid and was stolen.

And you are looking at the registered voter totals of R vs D. You forget those registered as unaffiliated. Now guess what all these young latino's voting for the first time register as..... and which of the three (R vs D vs UA) has surged in numbers this year.......
As a percentage its down quite far. Look the the numbers for the white voters.

The new thing in the past 48 hours from them seems to be that they're all going to be taking pics of themselves in voting booths on Tuesday, as a show of a sign they're "fighting the system" since it's illegal. Somehow in their minds it makes them a better American to post a pic of themselves pressing a button on Instagram.

    LOL!!!

Can't stand Hillary.....but she has my vote. Anyone but TRUMP!

Well that settles that. The right can go back to hating the FBI because there is nothing to charge Hillary on.

If you're unable to make your point without insulting people then I have nothing to say. I linked the law to you, if you don't want to read it you don't have to, but don't insult people merely because you don't understand it.

It shouldn't but it was spun quite badly by the GOP and that was my problem with the first letter, more than anything else. It was very ambiguous.

Your post is the perfect example of negative political discussion. No content, just derision toward people who disagree with you.
