Because your argument would mean that every single member of the Armed Forces who has family or friends not in the Armed Forces, who know A> that he's in the Armed Forces, or B> that they're being deployed (not even where, just if), then that's arguably espionage, in your mind.

Lifting imagery directly from Hillary Clinton’s campaign materials, the ads encourage supporters of the Democratic nominee to “vote early” and “vote from home” by texting their candidate’s name to a five-digit number.

“Save time. Avoid the line,” one reads.

“Vote early. Text ‘Hillary’ to 59925,” says another.

At least four such ads began making rounds on social media this week, each containing the Clinton campaign’s “H” logo and a line saying they were “paid for by Hillary for President.” Some featured images of Clinton that appear to be pulled from actual campaign marketing materials, while others showed a black woman and a Hispanic woman, in what may be an attempt to dupe to minority voters specifically. That doesn't make sense. Obama's own comments are what were being discussed, and that's when Obama made the comments.

And we have 6 months of events that follow it to see if Obama's comments had any sort of influence or if he interfered in any other way. And it doesn't look like it.

Hillary Clinton is in deep do-do. Winning the election seems to be the least of her problems. Anyone in her camp such as Podesta, Huma Abedin or her pervert husband Tony Wiener (sexting 15-year old minors) - can sink her in the three FBI investigations. Not only the e-mail issues but the Clinton Foundation shenanigans appear to be highly illegal.

You don't have a near-revolt of the rank & file and career people of the FBI against their Director for not prosecuting since last July if there is no "there" there.

If she wins she'll likely get little to nothing accomplished for 4 years, since her enemies (and she's made many) will be on her relentlessly, and she's done damage to the Democratic Party already. Whether she wins the election or not Obama will likely pardon her before he leaves. But that would tarnish his (not so stellar) legacy further.

I can't imagine that there won't be indictments fairly soon, likely after the election since there's only two days left but that too is possible.

What back and forth? He released a statement against the recommendation of the DOJ saying they found new emails and that they don't know what was in them. Today they said they are almost all duplicates and there was nothing that would change their recommendation. This did nothing but damage Clinton, certainly not something Obama would set out todo.
