    I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with this data, but the Hawaii one strikes me as funky - I'm pretty sure there's a lot of fuckin' big Pacific Islander sorts there, but it's not showing up in the data. Maybe they're just swamped by the populations of Japanese-American and other Asian-American people and the general fitness culture there. Cool.

    Saline County, MO. wtf. thats like literally in the middle of no where. 767 sq miles with 20k people in it. are they counting the cows and pigs in this?

    Interesting to me that in the two states I looked at, TX and CA, the counties are rural, relatively poor. I know poorness can tend to make people eat fast food/unhealthy food more often, but I'd have thought there'd be more outdoor work and less office work, causing people to be less overweight.
