You've done some great work on these. I like having a similar fashion to them across all classes. Two things, though.

On your rogue energy and combo points bar; are the combo points only supposed to work for Outlaw? I was looking through them and it seems it should work on every spec, but it doesn't. It only displays energy on Subtlety.

Are you planning on doing Subtlety? Assassination would be nice for completions sake, too. With Subtlety I will have these aurs on every class and spec that I play, so I'm a bit biased on having those done.

After having received 4 Coalesced Fel I finally got the other dagger.
Subtlety Rogue is now up!

Great job. This is what I've been missing. It's nice to have such pleasing and functional weakauras on every class I play.

These are really neat and consistent, better than anything I could do, though I prefer just having cooldown icons rather than rotation helpers. Some of these seem to constantly show cooldowns on the side which is nice.

EDIT: Looked into the demon hunter one.

-Your notes for it mention that throw glaive only shows up if demon blades is taken, but doesn't mention that Vengeful retreat only shows up if Prepared is taken, making it look at a glance as though no matter what spec you take vengeful retreat is top priority.

-You don't differentiate between single target and aoe, but I was under the impression eyebeam is no longer worth using at the moment for single target, that said I think it'd be cool if the AoE cooldowns of blade dance and eyebeam were off to the left similar to how you handle cooldowns on other classes.

-With fel rush being as high priority as it is, especially with some specs, only even having it show up if the player has 2 stacks means they're not taking advantage of the 2 charges it has.

I'm really no expert on any of this, but that's just my feedback.

All my auras are for single target. Frost DK has a AoE toggle I made for testing purposes. I might bring that to the other specs. My auras are based of wowhead guides. If you look up havoc on wowhead it says:

Some people are trying to tell you that Eye Beam is a loss on single target if you don't have the Anguish of the Deceiver trait - they actually are wrong, it's just that it's a much smaller increase on single-target without this trait.

It is a rotation helper, you are not supposed to follow it blindly . This just makes sure you keep one stack on CD.
