prepatch/Legion side stuff

so I've seen some classes getting old spells or glyphs back in the form of tomes (mages), and I've seen some guildies talking about paladin spells, can't remember.

do we have anything in the game like that? is it one, are there many?
because I'd like to know if there's more stuff to do before Legion hits and I like "hidden" stuff

detection book confirmed, and in my search I found this :

useful for our alts and the road to 300 toys - which will reward a mount

Kind of annoys me that the only thing found so far is a Glyph of Detection replacement. Would be nice to speed poison application up again as well as increase the range on pickpocket.

the rare npc that spawns in dalaran also sells an inscription recipe for sprint. glyph of burnout I think it was the name and we leave a trail of smoke when using sprint.
