Does pvp level change with spec?

Self explanatory title. Just wondering if I gotta grind 2 separate specs to 50 or if I'm able to prestige my pve spec to unlock artifact skins while still maintaining my pvp talents on my healer

I dont know for sure, but my guess would be "No"

Pvp level and prestige is in no way linked to your spec, there's already a limiter on spec swapping due to artifact point investment, it would be insanity to add another limiter for pvp.

On beta pvp lvl and prestige remain the same for any spec, even unlocked artifact appearances.
