Educate yourself on FOIA. Clinton's tax returns regarding her time in office are not protected against it. Trump's tax returns are protected against FOIA.

Clinton also still withholds partial emails from FOIA. Aka her "missing emails".

I'm not contradicting the supposed morality of the situation. History suggests politicians are obligated to release tax returns regarding their time in office. Trump is not a politician. Even if he becomes president he's still not obligated to do release his previous tax returns, however he may be obligated to release his tax returns during his time as president.
