I think (highly subjective here) the perma and free snare that also roots is over the top .. No reason at all for that to exist especially 'free' .. Add a cost and give it a CD as well as reduce the duration and remove the root .. 50% for 6sec on a long(sh) CD ..

i said they're OP in pvp now, not that they were OP in pvp in WoD, i just drew a paralell on them being amazing in pve and then subsequently getting nerfed to the ground because of it

You made a thread on the PvP forum, see why I would think you were talking about PvP? not to mention when you said they were OP you didn't say it was just in PvE.
