Samsung 750 evo 250gb vs 850 evo 250gb, is the 850 worth the 30euros more?

Title says it all, I can get a 750 250gb evo (3year warranty) for 69 euros and a 850 250gb evo (5year warranty) for 98 euros, is the 850 worth the 30 euros more? If so why?

Yeah the 750 got bad reviews so better go with the 850 but maybe check out the Trion 150 from OCZ 480GB for around 100-130€.

Could you link me to one of these reviews? I can't really find any negative reviews.

The 250GB has 70 tho, not 35? A difference of 5 TBW compared to the evo 850, hardly a big difference.

In 18 months, my work PC has done about 4.5TBW. That's a machine that does a fair bit of database repair work, backing up, restoring, etc.

You're probably not going to hit 70TBW on a 250GB drive under normal use. At least not before it's thoroughly obsolete.
