Help me build a new pc, please :)

Hi, after 4 years of struggle with amd based pc, I would.like to buy a new one with intel i7 and gtx1070. Unfortunately, my budget is exactly 1560$. I would like to be able to play new games at 1080p on max settings if my budget allows it, but from what I see in the links, that Thunder is posting, the prices here in Bulgaria are higher. I wouldnt reuse any of my current pc parta as I already have a buyer for it. I also dont need OS or any other peripherals. Games I will be playing are the likes of GTAV, Battlefield 1 etc. (Open world games with pretty graphics). I also am not sure of the additional taxes I have to pay for VAT or delivery etc. Thanks in advace for the help and please excuse me for my horrible English.

I guess you can start here. With that budget you should be able to build a beautiful rig

i agree with this build 100%... its very nice. i would go for scyte mugen 4 but thats not so important.
in this case the skylake cpu is the optimal choise.

i would suggest the op to look at the fractal define r4 or r5 case. they are very nice. i own a r4 for my self and i am using some extra case fans. my case temperature after playing wow for 10 or more hours is about 7-8 celsius. my cpu never went over 45 celsius with the mugen 4.
(sometimes i play over 12 hours wow without a break + youtube or video streams.)

the r4 allows you to cool your hdd which is very good. cooler hardware lives longer my prof told me.

Mugen 4 is a piece of garbage with a 120mm fan.

one year ago mugen 4 was the cooler of the unicorn build from mmo build of the month.
if you buy a good 120 mm fan its very nice.
why do you call it peace of shit? it cools my cpu very very nice! my cpu never ever went over 45 celsius.
some ppl go with noctua cooler. i can understand that. a friend uses him, he has the same temerature like my mugen 4.

Build of the Month is bad, Mugen 4 is bad. Towers with 120mm fans are simply not cutting it in 2016.

the case doesnt matter. get the crappiest case you can afford and it will work out fine. just make sure it can hold the parts

Have you ever cleaned a cheap case?

thunderball is right. the case does matter.
a very good case like the fractal r4/r5 might be the last case for years.

it has a lot of space for fans, so you can make your pc cooler then your refrigerater. mine has 7-8 celsius.
it also has dust filters, so everything will be clean. esecilly the gpu fans. if there is no dust inside your case you wont need to clean
    the gpu fans.

i would never ever get a cheep case... some time ago i thought the case does not matter too... but it really does.
a good case is very very very nice to have!

get one and you will see what i mean!

OK OP get a super rad case with 10 fans and lots of blinky LEDs so you can stare at them at night when trying to sleep but not sleeping cus you overspent on a computer that will play games unrelated to WoW and is way overkill for what you needed
