Legion invasion and Intellect/Agility gear?

I'm currently gearing up my Moonkin alt through invasions, but for some odd reason I keep getting the agility chest?

All the other pieces dropped as intellect version, no exceptions (~15 invasions now), just the chest is always for Guardian/Ferals.

I've tried setting the loot spec to Balance, then Restoration, and lastly "current specialisation" while in Balance spec - but still agilit chest only.

Is this intended?

The leather chest is bugged and only has agility instead of both agility and intellect. Until that gets fixed, there's no leather intellect chest available from the invasions.

This is correct and incorrect at the same time. While the leather chest only shows agility, if you equip it on an intellect spec (balance/resto) and check your intellect stat, you will see it DOES give int. It's just the tooltip that is bugged. Previously it wasn't even dropping for Resto/Balance, but they hotfixed it and it does drop, and does give you int.

Not in game. The model is used for the Broken Shore quest reward.
