Help with upgrade

first of all i apologize for my english and this is my first post (except beta keys contest ), sorry.

I wanted to ask you some advise, this is my configuration:
- RAM DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Low Profile CML8GX3M2A1600C9 1600MHz 8GB (2x4GB) CL9
- Case Mid Tower Thermaltake Commander USB 3.0 VN400A1W2N Nero
- MoBo MSI B75MA-P45 Socket 1155 DDR3 SATA3 PCIe3 USB3 MicroATX
- PowerSurge PC Aerocool Series VP VP-550 550W
- CPU Intel Core i3-3220 Dual-Core 3.30GHz Socket 1155 3MB Ivy Bridge 55W con GPU HD2500 Boxed
- VGA XFX FX-785A-ZNFC Ati AMD Radeon HD 7850 Core 860MHz Memory GDDR5 4800MHz 1GB DVI HDMI MiniDP

And this is the new pieces i was looking:
- VGA EVGA nVidia GeForce GTX 960 SSC ACX 2.0+ Core 1279/1342 MHz Memory GDDR5 2GB DVI HDMI DP
- PowerSurge PC EVGA 600B 600 W 80 PLUS Bronze
- CPU Intel Core i3-6100 Skylake 3.70Ghz 3MB Socket 1151 51W GPU HD Graphics 530 Boxed
- MoBo MSI H110M PRO-VD Socket 1151 DDR4 SATA3 USB3.1 mATX

The price of the upgrade is in my budget, which is 400 Euro.
I also have all the peripherals and an Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB ready to go.
Is this upgrade ok? i mainly play Blizzard games and some other on Steam and i have a 32" Monitor for 1920x1080 res.

I would advise a GTX 1060 or an RX 470/480 as GPU, the GTX960 does not make sense anymore, also note you still need some DDR 4 2133 memory.

1) Why the PSU purchase? Are you having PSU related problems?
2) Dont buy the GTX 960, it's a very weak choice.
3) As the poster pointed out, you will need new DDR4-2133 memory for this upgrade.
4) Motherboard choice is not the best

My advice would be getting a GTX 1060 3GB for around 200 EUR) or RX 470 4GB for around 180 EUR (note that NVIDIA cards are favored for Blizz games), and then saving some for a proper upgrade. Another option would be getting a GTX 970 for 200 EUR but you will need a new PSU with it right away.

After that I'd save for i5-6500+8/16RAM+mobo, it's about 310-340 EUR.
