Azeroth drifted in space above the star for what seemed like an age, falling into an exhausted slumber, regaining her strength. The constellar were gone - their powers had been burnt out in guiding the final deathblow against Sargeras. The remaining naaru watched over the Final Titan, while their dimensional ships brought the surviving Army of the Light to her surface. Draenei prayed to the Light to aid Azeroth, and were joined by legions of starlight warriors. Overhead, white dragons wheeled through the skies, their white-fire breath burning away any lingering clouds of fel corruption. Elementals moved across and through the Titan in vast numbers, repairing the damage wrought by Sargeras. At last, when every mountain was rebuilt, every forest regrown, every sea cleansed, the elementals joined the Army of Light and Azeroth's once-mortal children, solemnly and silently watching over them. Ethereals, ever pragmatic and practical, spent their time laboring over the surviving star-vessels until each once was restored to perfect working order. Still, the ethereals found reasons to linger around Azeroth, delaying their departure. Finally, when the worldsoul of Azeroth stirred towards waking, and her still-slumbering consciousness was roused enough to reach out to the gathered multitudes and make her wishes known.

The ethereals and the naaru reconfigured many dimensional fortresses to become portals through the Twisting Nether to other worlds. With the demons decimated, Nether-travel was safer than it had ever been. The gathered races that formed the Army of Light would be able to safely return home and rebuild, and the ethereals would remain in contact with them all, binding the people of the cosmos forever. No world would ever stand alone against a threat again. After the Army of Light had dispersed, after her elemental and once-mortal children returned to sleep within her worldsoul, Azeroth finally awoke. Her strength was fully renewed, and she blazed with cosmic energy greater than before. A task lay before her, one that would tax her in ways even greater than her conflict with Sargeras.

Spreading her cosmic wings, Azeroth soared across the solar system. She gathered up the smouldering fragments of the broken Titan Infernals, the ruined bodies of her Pantheon siblings. Her energy flowed across them, snuffing out the last traces of fel corruption. The ruined fragments still held some semblance of Titan form, some echo of grandeur and majesty that had belonged to the beings they once were. It would not be enough for Azeroth to realize her goal, but it was a start. Azeroth flew on, combing the space around her sun, the Titan fragments trailing in her wake. She gathered up the fragments of her former moons. She flew to the cracked and broken worlds that she had shared the system with, worlds that had been shattered during her conflict with the Legion. These worlds had never held life, had never possessed the correct balance of energies necessary to bring forth even primitive elemental beings, but still they had held seeds of cosmic power. They would serve Azeroth as vital material. Small rocky worlds were shattered for their minerals, great gas giants were stripped of their vapors... centuries passed as Azeroth slowly gathered the matter of her solar system, the foundations of her grand design. Finally, after a millennia had passed, she was ready.

Azeroth spun the gathered matter together in vast discs and focused her cosmic energy upon them. One by one, six discs formed and began to collapse, their cores glowing hot with the monumental forces being worked upon them. Gravity flared, the spinning cores devouring the matter of their discs. Around the star they spun, growing and blazing brightly, collapsing from vast discs into small but growing spheres. All the while, Azeroth poured cosmic energy into them, drawing upon the essence of creation and sending it spilling into the six spheres taking shape. Six wondrous and varied worlds took form - mountains and chasms, deep oceans and hollow caverns, hills and plains and valleys. In the earliest ages of the cosmos, it was only by sheer chance that worlds had formed with the proper balance of cosmic forces to nurture a Titan worldsoul. But now, Azeroth had by design formed six worlds that would each serve as the perfect incubators for a nascent Titan. Each one shone with the energies of creation, brimming with possibility. Fertile soil, waiting only for the seeds to be planted.

    The Titan Worlds are born.

Reaching deep within herself, Azeroth called forth the lingering spirits of the Titan Pantheon. When the Pantheon had fallen at Sargeras' hands, the Titan Norgannon had used his vast sorcerous powers in an effort to preserve their living spirits, and his magic had sent the souls of the Titans soaring through the great dark in a desperate bid to reach safety on the world that Azeroth had once been. The distance had been vast and the effort had been nearly doomed from the start - only the barest wisps of the Titans souls had managed to reach Azeroth, each spirit-echo finding purchase in the bodies of beings constructed by the Titans known as Keepers. Each Keeper had become the vessel for the last tiny spark of a Titan's soul, in most cases unaware of what exactly had taken place, feeling only some faded memory from their Titan creator. Nevertheless, these lingering traces survived within the Keepers, and as they returned to Azeroth's worldsoul, so too had the spirit-echoes of the Pantheon.

It was these spirits that Azeroth now called forth. One by one, the fragments of the former Pantheon rose out of Azeroth's worldsoul and were infused into the six newly-shaped worlds that drifted around Azeroth's former star. As each new worldsoul was infused into the planet that would nurture it, that would in time become its very form, Azeroth whispered their names to them, reminding them of what they had been, and promising them what the future would hold for them.

The first world was Amanthal, the Realm of Storms, born of Highfather Aman'thul.
The second world was Edenar, the Realm of Wilds, born of Eonar the Life-Binder.
Next was Golggath, Realm of Waters, born from Golgannesh, Lord of Sea and Sky.
Fourth was Gannon, Realm of the Arcane, born of Norgannon, the Keeper of Magic.
Fifth was Khazgar, Realm of Stone, born of Khaz'Goroth, the Forger of Worlds.
And the sixth world was Aggmar, Realm of Flame, born from Aggramar, the Great Champion of the Pantheon.

Those who had fallen would be reborn.

The six seeds were planted, and one day untold millennia from now they would grow into six new Titans, and a new Pantheon would emerge to tend the cosmos. The six newly formed worldsouls, slumbering in nascency, would need only one further thing to ensure they would develop into the wondrous beings that Azeroth knew they could become. They would need inhabitants - living beings who would grow and learn and thrive, who would cherish their homes and fight to protect them, their every breath nurturing the growth of the nascent Titan within their world. Azeroth reached deeply within herself again, drawing forth her memories and those of the Titans that she carried within her. In her mind, she saw the great Titan creation forges that the Pantheon had used to shape her world-self in its nascency and to create the vast ecosystem that had lived upon her surface. On each world, sprawling machine-complexes took shape, secluded in hidden valleys or buried deep beneath the world's surface. Construct creatures and artificial races took shape to operate and maintain the great edifices. Cosmic energies flowed through the machines and into the worlds themselves, sparking life in a thousand of cradles. One day these beings would spread across the newly made worlds, multiplying and advancing. Shaped by Azeroth's own memories, many of the new worlds inhabitants would resemble her own mortal children, while innumerable completely new creatures would arise shaped by the sleeping worldsouls.

At last, her work was complete. The six new worlds hung in the starry night, turning gently in their orbits around the sun. With one final silent farewell, a wordless thought that shone with love, Azeroth departed.

    Into the Void

For an eternity, Azeroth flew. She was not wandering aimlessly, but moved with purpose. The Legion was defeated. Sargeras was no more. The Pantheon was reborn. All that remained was to ensure that there would be a future for them. A future for all the worlds of the cosmos.

At last, Azeroth came to her destination. She stood, impossibly, at the very edge of existence - before her, all things faded and swirled down into a great maelstrom of oblivion, a yawning maw of utter darkness and destruction. She was not alone. Joining her at the precipice of cosmic oblivion were thousands of naaru, many more than had been present at the battle with the Burning Legion. The naaru had not committed their full strength to that conflict, knowing that an even greater battle had lain ahead. Joining them were many thousands of dimensional vessels and other star-ships. The Army of the Light had spent all the ages that had passed since the great war with the Legion rebuilding their might, knowledge of their duty passed down countless generations. The naaru had gathered all those who were willing and able to face the darkness that threatened them all, the enemy that promised even greater horror than Sargeras and his Legion.

Within the screaming darkness was the Void, the dark underbelly of the cosmos where malefic entities of infinite malice and evil lay in wait, hungering for the time when they would devour the universe of light and reason that existed beyond their realm. They were the dark opposite of the Light of Creation, an unholy force of uncreation and anti-life. Within the Void, black suns shone over corpse-worlds of screaming bone and writhing flesh. Glaciers of black ice the size of galaxies creaked and groaned, bleeding cruelty from unfathomable angles as they drifted in oceans of murdered time. Sanity had no purchase there, and hope existed only to be flayed and devoured alive by hateful gods. Peering into this darkness had driven Sargeras over the brink of despair, and was the very thing that had sparked his Burning Crusade - a desperate effort to unmake a universe where the insane evil of the Void existed. While Sargeras had promised extinction for all living things, what the Void wanted for the cosmos was infinitely worse - not the peace of oblivion, but an eternity of torment and madness, where the Light did not exist and all things, all minds, all souls were the tortured play-things of the Lords of the Void. From within their black kingdom, these malevolent beings had sent forth their tendrils of influence into the cosmos for millennia, seeking cracks in the barriers separating the Void from the rest of existence. Worlds were seeded with their unholy creations, entire star-systems were swallowed by oceans of blackness and dragged screaming into the Void. While their efforts had touched only a minute fraction of the vast cosmos, far less than the ravages of the Burning Legion, the Void's presence in the universe was slowly growing.

The Void Lords knew that if they could seize and corrupt a nascent Titan they would have the means to pour their pollution into the cosmos in a great torrent. A Dark Titan, acting as an avatar of their will, could rend apart time and space and let the Void flow freely into the universe to devour it. In the ancient past they had sent their creations, the Old Gods, in an effort to corrupt Azeroth, an effort that had ultimately been thwarted both by the Titan Pantheon and her own mortal inhabitants. Now though, the Void Lords could sense the six new nascent Titans within the worlds Azeroth had created. Within the Void they drooled liquid insanity in vast black rivers, their hunger causing the black suns of the Void to shudder and scream. Given the chance, they would reach out from the darkness and pluck the six new Titan Worlds, twisting the growing Pantheon into their heralds. Azeroth did not intend to give them the chance. She would descend into the very heart of darkness, to seek out and battle the Void Lords themselves. Such malefic beings were possibly beyond defeat, but they could be fought, and by fighting them Azeroth and the Army of Light would keep their gaze forever turned away from the fragile mortal universe. And perhaps the Void Lords were not invincible - there was hope that even a darkness as terrible and profound as they could be banished, and that balance could be brought even to the Void. Bathed in radiance, the most powerful being in existence, Azeroth strode unafraid into the Void.

In the heart of darkness, the Void Lords wait...

So, let me get this straight:

Illidan is WOWs edgy anime character with a deep backstory

The LK is WOWs final typical anime villian, AKA good guy turned bad.

Deathwing is like WoWs smaug or so...pretty badass dude.

The MOP peeps are like WOWs anime japanese stuff, with many chinese ancient story links with it. (Most likely to have some journey to the west references)

WoD is like WOWs time travel/multiversal story. Many series did it, so...why not WOW as well?

Gul'dan is like WOWs frieza, he blows up varian, threats us on blowing up our friends and family, pisses me off until I go SSJ!

Azshara is like WOWs cell, a perfect being, destroying the imperfect. SSJ3 here I come.

Some space being will be like someone...idk.

Sargeras is like WOWs galactus, beerus, or...someone else powerful to shit. He's a being with god powers, unseen by puny mortals.

And the Void Lords are like WOWs beyonders, or...true infinite gods. They cannot be killed, or else existance dies..and the universal balance dies....

So, no void= No light, and No light= No balance, and no balance= No order, and no order= No creation...ok

    Epilogue - The Seventh World

The six Titan Worlds forged by Azeroth turned in their orbits around their shining star. Life on their surfaces grew and thrived, and newly born minds turned their gaze out at the cosmos and wondered, and dreamed. Millennia passed. On Amanthal, gryphons soared through roaring gales, their riders laughing and singing. In the steamy jungles of Aggmar, a pack of hunters struck at a colossal scaled beast, slashing and stabbing with spear and axe. Songs would be sung of their valor around roaring fires that night. In the depths of Golggath, coral cities of fantastic beauty grew, shaped by serpentine builders. On Khazgor, stout folk mined wealth from the deep earth. On Gannon, cities of light rose to encircle the world. On Edenar, a figure stood atop the summit of the tallest peak, looked out across a vast expanse of forest far as the eye could see, and gave a ringing primal cry to celebrate glorious life.

    The six Titan Worlds turned.

    And then, impossibly...

They were joined by a seventh.

The surface of the sun roiled and heaved. A vast shape within it stirred, breaching the burning expanse in a spray of celestial fire. Incredibly, impossibly, a massive figure rose up, tearing free of the star's surface. The Demon Titan. Sargeras. His colossal body, burnt black, shuddered with stirring life. A spark of hatred burned within the blazing Demon Titan's split heart, refusing to be snuffed. Refusing to end. Sargeras sensed what Azeroth had wrought, sensed the six Titan Worlds and the sleeping worldsouls of the new Pantheon within them. Not only had his hated enemy destroyed his armies and nearly killed him, she had sought to unmake his victory over his siblings. With anger and hatred devouring the final shreds of his sanity, Sargeras vowed that he too would be renewed. He would reignite his Burning Crusade once again, but this time he would not act to save the wretched universe from the chaotic torments of the Void. Instead, he would enact an even more terrible vengeance upon the universe in payment for his defeat. He would bring the cosmos not peaceful oblivion, but a hideous torment that would make even the Void Lords themselves quail in terror. But his strength was all but spent. To realize his vow, he would need to regain his might. He would need to sleep.

Sargeras' broken form crumbled as the hatred within him blazed. His body caved in upon itself, losing its humanoid shape. Fel blood gushed forth and formed oceans as he collapsed in upon himself. Sargeras became a world, a blackened hellscape whose surface blistered with fel geysers and volcanoes, a blazing core of pure fury at its heart. His raging spirit slumbered within, dreaming a dream of eternal hatred, of a future where the universe and all its beings would burn at his hand. He would sleep, and hate, and grow stronger. And though it would take him an eternity... he would have his revenge.

Thus did the world of Sargeron come to be.

Thus were the seven Titan Worlds born...

    The hatred of Sargeras survives.

So, no void= No light, and No light= No balance, and no balance= No order, and no order= No creation...ok
Dunno 'bout any of that other stuff, but as far as this goes, the destruction of the Void (if such a thing is even possible) would not automatically mean the end of everything else - once, there was only Light. Void came from concentrations of the Light that become twisted somehow. Whether the material universe and its blend of energies born from Light and Void would keep existing if either foundational power were eliminated is a very good question.

In this particular case however, Azeroth and the Army of the Light aren't attempting to destroy the Void itself but the Void Lords within it, hoping that eliminating these great evils will bring balance to the Void and prevent further Void incursions into the material universe. There's hope that a lasting balance can be established between all realms. However, even if the Void Lords cannot be destroyed, waging war against them will keep them occupied and away from the material universe.

    To paraphrase Joss Whedon's Angel:

"Maybe they're not there to be beat. Maybe they're there to be fought. Maybe fighting them is what makes [mortals] so remarkably strong. "

the no void -> no light
no light -> no void thing applies to the force itself not the beings born out of it.

    Final sidebar for Volume 1

Sidebar - The Champion of the Light

At the edge of the Void, the Army of Light gathered around her, Azeroth sent out a call. From within the darkness, a single spark of light emerged, a winged figure blazing with white radiance. For millennia, this being had braved the darkness alone, its radiance a warding beacon against the malign influence of the Void. Now, the being's duty was done, and Azeroth called it to return home. For this being too was one of her own children, a once-mortal who had been born under starlight, who had cherished her as its beloved home, even when he had traveled to other worlds far from her. The winged being slipped through Azeroth's atmosphere and dove down, down to her surface. In a forested region once called Kalimdor, the winged being touched the surface and, with a sign, sank out of sight, rejoining with the worldsoul to be greeted by the waiting spirits of those who loved him and were loved by him.

The child of light and darkness is at last welcomed home.

That's it! Volume One of Chronicle of the Titan Worlds is done! The seven Titan Worlds have been born, each one a world unto itself and full of possibility. I have lots of ideas about each and every world, though I have no plans on how to present it all. It may just be a general setting that I beetle away on for fun. Volume 2 would be an overview of the worlds and their inhabitants, the groundwork of which I've laid down here:

    http://wow.gamepedia.com/User:Golden...e_Titan_Worlds

Though for now, I want to get back to finishing my expansion concepts and focus on adding artwork to them, so volume two'll be for later.

Hope everyone enjoyed reading the first volume of my take on the far future of the Warcraft universe.

I read all this in 1 hour and you really deserve an award for writing something so amazing.

I'm so amazed that i really can't think of any question to ask now,i will think of something to ask later.

Even if i don't say it lightly i must admit that this is really the most beautiful thing i ever read on this forum,it's all so creative and epic

I hope Volume 2 is not too far away.

Hey, thanks Choppersan! I'm pretty happy with how this project went, I'm glad people are enjoying it.

Volume 2 is still a nebulous cloud of ideas and concepts for the seven Titan Worlds floating around in my head, with a few bits and bobs about Gannon and Aggmar written down in a word file somewhere. I'm hoping to finish my ITV concept first before I go any further with the Titan Worlds stuff, just need to find the time and motivation to work on it!

Thanks Golden Yak for answering, don't worry and don't hurry, time and motivation are everything when doing those things so take your time(not years please) in developing it so it could be wonderfully amazing.
I didn't know you also made expansion concept,i will give a look to Into to Void as soon as possible and let you know my opinion.

i've reread it all calmly,so i've elaborated some questions and considerations there and there.
First and most important of all:is there any chance, even very small, that you will make in the far far future an expansion based on the Titan Worlds? Or just a Chronicle Volume 3 detailing their history and ending with the Titans awakening and joining Azeroth in her fight against the Void Lords?
Another thing that i'd like to ask is would you consider modifying the Prologue? Because it would be interesting to know what is the state of Azeroth right before Sargeras's coming, and also the main events who happened between the War in the Broken Isles and the present time.Bridging the canon with your story would be really interesting to show more of your ideas and will also help readers understand better the current situation and what happened before.

then i have some random questions there and there, nothing too deep:the doomship you described are the same in Legion or something bigger like the Star Destroyers?
I also have this tingling thought that we have not seen the last act of Mannoroth because being hurled in the spice inside a block of ice doesn't sound like death to me,more like eternal imprisonment. And same for Kil'Jaeden,i have this sensation that you're going to make him purified by the Light in the same way as Lothraxion.(Also i felt a bit sorry for the end of the constellars at the end of the fight, those guys are so cool and need more lore)
One thing that i absolutely want to know is the Army of Light:the races you described in there the lemurians, the zunhai, the void ravens, the star leviathan, the mekkanoi, can you describe them a little? Just a little background to visualize and understand better, not a whole essay.
A thing that confused me is Illidan resurfacing from the Void, how the hell he finished there? I guess you have some head canons related to Legion's ending to make thing in this way.Another confusing thing is Elune,i expected that she was some kind of uber Naaru so reading of an ascended troll matriarch was a bit underwhelming.

One thing that is bothering me is this:is the Age of the Titan Worlds still part of Warcraft?Because as the name says there should be war and menaces, but:
1)The Burning Legion was defeated and imprisoned in a faltering Twisting Nether, and Sargeron was born later than the other planets so much time will pass before new life will start in there especially in a so hostile habitat.
2)The Void Lords are eternally locked in fight with Azeroth and the Army of Light and there are no Old Gods around.
So what menaces there could be? Invasion from other planets or from dimensions like Shadowlands and the Emerald Dream? Rogue titanic constructs?
Wars between the Titan Worlds would be interesting to see,but i want to wait to see how you describe them before expressing my opinion on it.

I hope my questions and considerations are not too in-depth or offending,i just want to understand better the whole thing and know your opinion and ideas.

Cool, thanks! I've actually made a couple of expansion ideas, the easiest place to find them all is the tumblr I set up here: http://goldenyak-wowfan.tumblr.com/ Links are in the sidebar.

i've reread it all calmly,so i've elaborated some questions and considerations there and there.
First and most important of all:is there any chance, even very small, that you will make in the far far future an expansion based on the Titan Worlds? Or just a Chronicle Volume 3 detailing their history and ending with the Titans awakening and joining Azeroth in her fight against the Void Lords?
Probably not an expansion! I think it'd be too hard to bridge the gap between modern WoW and the Titan Worlds and have it all work as an expansion concept - for one thing, it's meant to take place several centuries after the current modern era in the game, so a lot of people's characters will have died of old age by then, and any characters that lived that long have been taken into Azeroth's worldsoul when she woke up! The real reason I wrote this was to make the Titan Worlds a kind of narrative setting attached to the Warcraft universe - if I did make it into a game concept, I'd be more likely to make it WoW2 than trying to make it work as an expansion to regular WoW!

Bridging the gap with Legion events could be tricky if WoW comes out with some events that wind up interfering with what I've written. With what's happening in Legion, we might actually kill Sargeras this expansion - that would really screw up my story! I left the exact timeline of events vague on purpose so I could skip right to the good parts. I might fill them in later if I get inspired to do so... for now, you just have to use your imagination!

then i have some random questions there and there, nothing too deep:the doomship you described are the same in Legion or something bigger like the Star Destroyers?
A lot bigger! The vessels we've seen so far in Legion are what I call destroyers, the doomships are the Legion's capital ships, almost like flying cities, and there's not that many of them compared to the other types of ship. Dreadnoughts are about half-way between destroyers and doomships in size. Dire-wraiths are close to destroyers in size, and act as troop carriers instead of battleships.

You're right about Mannoroth. He's floating around in space near the Titan Worlds, and that chunk of ice will come crashing down on one of them some day. We might not see Kil'jaeden again though, but it's possible. I hope we see more of the constellar in game, especially Algalon, I'd really like to know more about them too. I was sad to write their fate, but the war against Sargeras had to have a high price! Maybe some of them weren't able to answer the call in time and are still out there, somewhere...

One thing that i absolutely want to know is the Army of Light:the races you described in there the lemurians, the zunhai, the void ravens, the star leviathan, the mekkanoi, can you describe them a little? Just a little background to visualize and understand better, not a whole essay.
Lemurians - they resemble dragonspawn, but are bird-like rather than lizard-like. They are an advanced race good with mechanical magic who left their world long ago and live in fleets of ships throughout space. Void-ravens are a type of space-faring war vessel they use. They also built a lot of golems and automata powered by magic.

Zuhnai - jackal-like humanoids. Not the friendliest of races, but they hate the Legion. The star-leviathans are huge living creatures that live in space, like giant whales with rock-like hides. The zuhnai carve cities into the giant rocky growths on their backs and use magic to control them.

Mekkanoi - a race of constructs, mechanical beings built by another race that was lost to the Void. The mekkanoi became sentient after coming into contact with a Titan relic. They believe freedom is the right of every sentient being. They're mostly friendly and get along with organic beings, though they have a habit of talking to machines like tanks, shredders, and automatons and encouraging them to 'throw off the shackles of their fleshy oppressors.' Sometimes this even actually happens...

A thing that confused me is Illidan resurfacing from the Void, how the hell he finished there? I guess you have some head canons related to Legion's ending to make thing in this way.
A little bit! The Illidan novel has a bit where Illidan receives a vision of the future from a Naaru, a future where Illidan has become an entity of the Light. In my story, this happened, and Illidan went off with most of the Naaru to fight the Void Lords (which is why the Void forces don't show up at all during the fight between Azeroth and Sargeras). When Azeroth heads into the Void, Illidan rejoins her to share all he's learned about the Void Lords with her (and incidentally having a happy reunion with the spirits of Malfurion and Tyrande within Azeroth's worldsoul).

Another confusing thing is Elune,i expected that she was some kind of uber Naaru so reading of an ascended troll matriarch was a bit underwhelming.
Events in Legion seem to point to Elune as something like that, possibly even a deity of the Light that created the Naaru. I wrote this before I played through Legion and learned all that though - Elune's true nature was still mainly mysterious. I'd always imagined her as a kind of super-loa - we know that the spirits of mortals can become powerful loa (the troll loa Bwonsamdi is an example), so I envisioned Elune as basically the first mortal to accomplish this - the first mortal to ever be deified, and the most powerful being to ever emerge from Azeroth due to being worshiped for untold millennia.

The Titan Worlds setting is definitely a part of Warcraft, and yeah a lot of the war will come from the races on each of the worlds fighting one another, as their flawed nature dictates. One thing I actually specifically set out to do was sweep away a lot of the big cosmic baddies and take things back to basics. Warcraft started out as just an army of orcs invading a human kingdom - we didn't even get to see all of the Eastern Kingdoms, just a few parts that some humans were living in! Warcraft 2 gave us a bit more, but it wasn't until Warcraft 3 that we really got to see big, world-destroying threats and learn about the greater cosmology of the Titans and the demons.

I wanted to dial back the cosmic spectacle a bit and get back to more down-to-earth fantasy conflicts. I like some of the elements from the Hordes/Warmachine setting, where different factions are all fighting for different reasons, and while there are a few outright evil factions, the 'good' factions are a bit tougher to identify (and even they aren't shy about getting downright nasty either). The threats will mostly be local or focused on the Titan Worlds, without a lot of universe-in-the-balance stuff going on, at least to start with. I have some ideas for things that are a little bigger and nastier than the mortal armies, and could have far reaching ramifications for worlds beyond the Titan Worlds - Sargeron is going to be a major rallying point for surviving demons (the Legion may be history, but there'll always be demons) and there's a certain lady in the Land of the Dead who has big plans.

Also, while the Void Lords are stalemated currently, you're mistaken about there being no Old Gods around. Moo-haha!

I hope my questions and considerations are not too in-depth or offending,i just want to understand better the whole thing and know your opinion and ideas.
There's few things I like more than answering questions about the stuff I make up. I was happy to answer.

Thanks for answering all those questions,i really feel that my every curiosity is satisfied now, this also show that you’re really committed to this splendid piece of art, which is something hard to find in the fandom, probably other people already told you that but you really should be the big boss at Blizzard, with your entertaining creativity you could have made even Warlords of Draenor the best expansion ever!

I really doubt we get to kill Sargeras in this expansion,i mean he's a Titan who can cleave planets in half, not a Murloc,no matter how well it's written the fight it would still look a bit lame if simply upstart adventurers are able to defeat him, having him is a dark eternal looming menace surrounded by mystery is far more better
I think that things may go in the following way:in the 7.2 we go in the Tomb of Sargaras to stop Kil'jaeden because he's want to drain the Avatar of Sargeras to send its spirit back to the original body so Sargeras will be once again completed and ready to march on Azeroth, after the fight in the cinematic he sends both the spirit of Sargeras and Illidan on Argus. So we have to go there with Velen on the rebuilt Exodar to save Illidan, once there we should break the siege lines around the beachhead of the Army of Light(maybe the demons could try again, leading to a mechanic similar to the Legion Invasions),once everything is settled down,we track down Illidan, who is doing a Rambo eliminating countless demons all alone only to be captured and fought as the final boss, with a Nathrezim council channeling the spirit of Sargeras, leading him to acquire more and more abilities the more times it pass during the fight, and when we deal enough damage to him he'll fight Sargeras's will,so we can attack the Nathrezim to remove the spirit of Sargeras from Illidan,at the end i imagine an epic cinematic with Illidan confronting Sargeras's spirit and absorb it only to quickly redirect it on the Light's Heart, triggering it as a atomic weapon of Light who will completely purify Argus and the demons left on it,i know that it sound a naive, but it would be interesting to see more purified versions of demons and also how was Argus before all the fel corruption,it would also be a perfect HQ for the Army of Light in their future fight against the Void Lords, and would also make Illidan a Light being.

Sorry i didn't expect to make it so long,i was dragged down the rabbit hole, probably it won't turn out in this way but who knows?

Aha i knew that i was right about Mannoroth, too much easy to get him off the board in this way, hopefully he'll make a great comeback,as for Kil'jaeden and hopefully some constellar, those starry guys really deserve justice.(maybe some of those who have not answered becomed Void Constellars made of black holes instead of stars,i know it's a poor idea, just entered in my mind right now)

Wow i didn't expect the races of the Army of Light turning out in this way,my favorite are definitely the Mekkanoi, maybe it's only my impression but they really remind me of the Transformers.
However your creativity is surprising as always,i'm really eager to see what have you made for Into the Void.

Wait a moment,so Illidan was in the Void stalemating the Void Lords? this is putting him on a God like level,or are the Void Lords not powerful as they seems to be?
And speaking of the Void Lords,i'm really curious on how you're going to depict them,i mean they're really the most mysterious guys in the cosmology of Warcraft, the most obvious comparison would be the Outer Gods of Lovecraft but it still seem a bit banal, however whatever you have come up with them is fine, just don't make them boring Voidwalkers without personality.

Now that you have clarified what is Elune i'm perfectly fine with your theory,it's less cosmic than a big Naaru but definitely better

I'm bit concerned about the Titan World, don't get me wrong i really love the whole concept but looking at their descriptions sometimes they look like they're just a plain planetary version of the Elemental Planes, but hopefully i'm totally wrong about this
The lady in the Land of the Dead is definitely Sylvanas, really curious to see how she got there and what plans she has for the universe, hopefully she will finally show all her badassery.
Glad that demons will still be a consistent part there, should i expect you creating new breeds of them? i expected you introducing some in the battles but the actual roster of demonic races was enough for that,i guess.
I'm happy with the notion of Old Gods still presents around there, they're really versatile and cool guys,it's easy to get ideas about them, may i ask if the Old Gods still around are your original ideas or just Yogg-saron,C'thun,N'zoth,Y'shaarj? They're not bad but seeing the same guys again is a bit meh.

Prepare yourself for another batch of questions when i'll read Into the Void.(sorry i wanted to quote you between paragraphs but i messed up)

Thanks! I love all of Blizzard's titles and I would actually like to work there someday. I'm giving some serious thought to starting to put a portfolio together and trying my luck with them.

Maybe something like that will happen! I haven't been able to predict anything they've done this expansion so far, who knows how it'll shake down. I definitely see the fight involving a new avatar of Sargeras somehow, could be Illidan. I think we'll also see Azeroth create an avatar of her own to help us fight (my money's on Jaina!)

Wow i didn't expect the races of the Army of Light turning out in this way,my favorite are definitely the Mekkanoi, maybe it's only my impression but they really remind me of the Transformers.
However your creativity is surprising as always,i'm really eager to see what have you made for Into the Void.
The Transformers thing is totally intentional! The motto of Optimus Prime is 'freedom is the right of every sentient being', which is also the mekkanoi philosophy. I actually use the mekkanoi in Into the Void as well, I even split them into a good and evil faction that are at war (which maybe was a bit too obvious a nod to Transformers...)

Wait a moment,so Illidan was in the Void stalemating the Void Lords? this is putting him on a God like level,or are the Void Lords not powerful as they seems to be?

Illidan wasn't exactly stalemating them, but he was keeping the forces of the Void busy. My ideas about the Void Lords are still pretty nebulous - I'm really curious about them too, and I'm very interested to see how Blizzard handles them. I'm still not sure how I want to depict them - I'm thinking of having them be very numerous, numbering in the hundreds or even thousands, and being one-on-one much less powerful than the Titans, but dangerous when they work together towards a common goal. I don't know if I like that idea better than having a smaller group of extremely powerful Titan-level entities instead though. Still working that one out!

I'm bit concerned about the Titan World, don't get me wrong i really love the whole concept but looking at their descriptions sometimes they look like they're just a plain planetary version of the Elemental Planes, but hopefully i'm totally wrong about this
I do want to avoid this. Each planet has a wide variety of natural ecosystems on it, rather than being an elemental plane-type environment with one ascendant elemental power. Some worlds will have certain predominant environments - Edenar is a forest world, but it contains every type of forest - cold evergreens in the north, temperate deciduous, tropical jungles, swampy wetlands, rotting bogs, etc. Golgath is an ocean world, but its island landmasses contain every variety of ecosystem as well - jungles, deserts, icy landscapes. Each planet is meant to be more 'natural', like Azeroth was, rather than 'supernatural' like the elemental planes.

I do have ideas for new demon races, as well as new types of existing demon races like annihilan and ered'ruin. My expansion concepts have bestiaries that talk about some new demon types I made up.

I'm happy with the notion of Old Gods still presents around there, they're really versatile and cool guys,it's easy to get ideas about them, may i ask if the Old Gods still around are your original ideas or just Yogg-saron,C'thun,N'zoth,Y'shaarj? They're not bad but seeing the same guys again is a bit meh.
lol I actually made up a bunch of new Old Gods for Into the Void, but I was planning on bringing back the original four for the Titan Worlds. I love those guys. I was thinking that with the Void Lords occupied, the Old Gods have essentially slipped their leashes and now have their own agenda.

Prepare yourself for another batch of questions when i'll read Into the Void.(sorry i wanted to quote you between paragraphs but i messed up)
    Sounds great!

Fantastic Read !!!, you really should applay to Blizzard, maybe then we could get lore/universe without hundreds of retcons Also did you post it on official forum ? You really should

Question about Sargeron (imo it's really intersting concept, world shaped around soul of fallen dark titan). Could you share some light about that world, assuming it's more than black molten rock with green fire. What are it's inhabitants, geography, climate...just how you imagine it etc. ?

I did! Can't say it got much traffic, but it's there for people to read - https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20744654325

Sure, here's a few bits from my notes:

Black rock and green fire pretty much describes the bulk of Sargeron - its seas are made of molten green fel flame and its landscape is mountainous, broken by canyons and volcanoes, with plains of black stone and deserts of ash. It also has dark swamplands of bubbling black tar and forests of huge blighted thorns that cover leagues. Mutated lifeforms infused with fel power inhabit every environment, preying on one-another. The world is frequently subject to Netherstorms caused by the fel energy breaking down the barriers between material space and the Twisting Nether - this allows demons to manifest directly on Sargeron's surface. They see the world as a staging ground for more Burning Crusades against mortal realms, and some even hope that one day Sargeras will awaken to lead them again. There are more demon kingdoms on Sargeron than on all of the other Titan Worlds combined.

There are also populations of mortal races, who have come to live on Sargeron over the centuries for one reason or another. Humans, dwarves, orcs, trolls, and elves are the most common, all of them tainted with fel power. Most exist in scattered tribes and are preyed upon by stronger demon armies, but some strong mortal nations exist that are powerful enough to resist being destroyed or enslaved, and some mighty fel orc warlord of felforged dwarf monarch can even have an empire strong enough to rule over demons, using them as specialist troops.

Sargeron's orbit in the solar system is erratic, and its surface is unstable, wracked by quakes and volcanoes that frequently cause vast miles-long fragments of the surface to break off and be blasted into space. Sargeron's inhabitants see this as a sign that a new Burning Crusade is set to begin, and will cling in their thousands to these fragments - some beings even use fel auguries to determine when this will happen and carve fortresses into regions that are fated to be broken lose. The inhabitants will ride these colossal fragments through space until they crash down on one of the other Titan Worlds in a black rain of fel meteorites that crack open to release hordes of demons and corrupted mortal invaders to rampage and despoil. The goal of every invasion is, ultimately, to secure a foothold on the Titan World and construct a Dark Portal connecting it back to Sargeron, allowing more invaders to swarm through and overwhelm the world. The defenders of the Titan Worlds inevitably must unite to thwart these invasions.

Now, game-wise, where would us players be by this time?

    We dead!

Most mortal heroes will have passed away either by violence or from old age centuries before Azeroth awoke, their souls going on to various destinies. Immortal heroes, such as undead, or long-lived heroes such as draenei may have lived long enough to witness the Titan's awakening. Those who were present on Azeroth herself shed their physical forms and their souls were drawn into Azeroth's worldsoul, existing as part of her and becoming a soldier in her starlight legions. Draenei who were off-world as part of the Army of Light joined Azeroth in her journey into the Void to combat the Void Lords and their dark armies.

GAME-wise, I would love it more as "We're still soloing content, and we (Lore-wise) either died to The Void Lords, or we were able to beat them with azeroth's help, only to die of old age".

    ...Yeah....

Yeah, as a narrative it doesn't really allow for player characters in WoW to still be around by the time the Titan Worlds are formed. Even after their creation it's like countless millennia before sentient life emerges.

If I were to develop it into a video game setting, it would have to be a new game entirely, not simply a progression of WoW. Maybe it could work as a WoW expansion if the players visited them with time travel or something. Maybe like a reverse-WoD where you go to a possible future of Azeroth rather than an alternate past Draenor.

Hey all, I am in fact still working on this little side project of mine. Volume 1 is complete, and Volume 2 is being added to bit by bit.

    https://wow.gamepedia.com/User:Golde...e_Titan_Worlds

Each of the six brand new worlds introduced in Volume 1, Chapter 5 are taking shape as full fleshed-out worlds. Probably the most complete one is Amanthal, born from the soul of Greatfather Aman'thul.

    https://wow.gamepedia.com/User:Golde...nicle/Amanthal

I'd say it's about 2/3rd of the way complete in terms of filling out the major races and nation stuff. But really, I've set up all the Titan Worlds to be forever open to having new concepts and creatures being added, so they're all only going to get more and more content over time.

Just wanted to share some more of the stuff I've been doing.

Holy shit, that was absolutely incredible. I just... I can't even... it was PERFECT!

It was absolutely the best possible way I can imagine Azeroth and Warcraft to end, only to reborn with the Seven Titan Worlds.

Well fucking done, mate! Bang up job! Blizzard needs to hire you right away.
