Class order hall upgrades

Hey everyone.

I've tried to find this online but without any succes so here goes:

What is the best path to take for the class order hall upgrades?

Specificaly as a shadow priest with main goal benefits for raiding?

What is the best path to take for the class order hall upgrades?

My plan is
1 - Higher chance for item upgrades (Will change this after the rest are done)
2 - Light/Shadow well
3 - Work order for champion armaments/equipment (Will also change after champions are fully upgraded)
4 - Which ever you prefer really
5 - Work order for Seal of Broken Fate (Other one gives Order Resources from WQ, but this one saves you 4k/week in case you don't plan on buying them for gold)
6 - Legendary#2 as it's the choice

T1 i went with the 20% bonus succes chance on first mission of the daily.
T2 light/dark well upgrade.
T3 equpiment first and then change it after maxing followers.
T4 i will get the shadow disciples.
T5 the one where you get more resources for each daily quest with follower.
T6 fixed choice

Does anyone have a site where you can see the various upgrades avaliable? I usually have no issues finding info myself, but I'm really comming up short on this one...

Could someone explain the lightwell/shadowwell to me? I get 400k AoE damage when using it... once a day? What?

I used the potion from the shadow well and the buff fell off the second I entered void form. Wondering if this is intended. If so what is the point of the potion?

In beta I found the potion to be incredibly buggy, used around 3 times to no effect at all (inside and outside voidform) hence I skipped Tier 2 blessing upgrade. The only good reward from it would probably be the 10 minute taunt minions because they do hit for a fair amount (100k-150k if i recall correctly) as well as tanking mobs.
